Aubriella’s mom requested a wildflower theme for her first birthday photos, and I said “say less!” If you know me, you know I love flowers. I was so excited to pull a design together that was beautiful, timeless, and still kept her sweet girl as the main focus. I love that her big brothers wanted to join in on the action! Aubriella was all smiles for her milestone photos in my Wooster, Ohio studio.
Special Touches
For Aubriella’s newborn session, mom had brought a quilt that grandma had handmade. I asked her to bring it along for Aubriella’s milestone photos. Mom said it is so sweet to have both newborn and first birthday photos with the quilt.
We used the client closet for sweet girl, so she is sporting an adorable Jamie Kay romper that mom picked out.
The cake was made by Wirth the Wait Baking Company, a local mom-owned home baker. If you scroll through, you’ll see that it tasted delicious!
I gathered the flowers from Sunshine Flower Farm in Apple Creek Ohio. The owner was so helpful in choosing flowers that had long stems to hold up well on the wall.
