Thank you so much for choosing me. Whether we’re documenting your everyday magic or one of life’s biggest moments, I’m truly honored to be part of it.
This guide has everything you need to know before our session—what to expect, how to prep, and a few tips to help you feel confident and ready. Let’s make something beautiful together.
here's how it all goes down
After booking, you’ll get a few helpful resources—like outfit tips, location ideas, and a quick questionnaire—so I can get to know you better and prep accordingly.
After receiving your questionnaire, we will coordinate your wardrobe with pieces that fit your personalities and vision. This is also when we schedule try-on appointments for the client closet.
When the day arrives, you don’t have to worry about a thing. I’ll guide you through everything so it feels natural and fun. Just show up ready to be yourself.
Your full gallery will land in your inbox within 4 weeks. From there, you’ll be able to download, share, and order prints with just a few clicks.

Styling your session is effortless with personal stylist direction and teamwork! By coordinating together and using your exclusive access to professional stylist (Whitney Irene) moodboards and color palettes, we will find exactly what feels comfortable and fun for your family.
If you don’t have a spot in mind, I’ll recommend a few based on your style and goals. Whether it’s somewhere meaningful to you or just beautiful light, we’ll find the perfect backdrop.
Golden hour is my favorite time to shoot for that soft and dreamy light, but in home sessions sometimes work best mid-day. I keep an eye on the forecast and will always reach out if we need to shift the timing.
Water, snacks (especially for kids or long days), touch-up items like lip balm or hair ties, and anything you want photographed (like a bouquet or special keepsake).
Be on time and ready to go. Showing up a few minutes early helps us settle in and start on the right foot. I’ll handle the flow of the session from there.
Bring a few essentials to stay comfortable—water, light snacks, a few touch-up items (like lip balm or powder), and anything personal you’d like photographed, like rings or a bouquet.
I’ll guide you through natural prompts and posing, so there’s nothing to memorize or prepare. Just show up, follow my lead, and we’ll take it from there.
You’ll receive your full gallery within 3–4 weeks from your session date. I’ll send you an email with a link to your private online gallery where you can view, download, and share your images.
Your gallery includes both high-resolution files (perfect for printing) and web-size versions (great for social sharing). You’ll also have access to a professional print shop directly through your gallery if you’d like to order prints, albums, or gifts.
If a proof gallery is part of your package, you’ll receive that within 2–3 days after your session.
One of the key factors contributing to a successful session is
communication. So without further ado.

To keep everything organized, I kindly ask that all communication stays in one place. Messages can easily get lost in DMs, so sticking to email or text (whichever you prefer) helps me respond faster and keep track of the details.
If you share your photos online, I’d be so grateful if you tag me! It helps my small business grow, and I love getting to see how you’re enjoying your images.
Adding filters or adjusting the colors can distort the look and feel of the images and misrepresent my work. I totally get the urge to match your aesthetic—but I promise I’ve already edited them to look their best.
Part of my process includes thoughtful editing that brings each image to life in a way that reflects my creative vision. Raw files are unfinished and don’t represent the quality or style I stand behind—so I never deliver them.
