Wooster Newborn Photography | Baby Klaire

There is just something about photographing a brand-new baby that never gets old. Those tiny fingers, sleepy stretches, little newborn noises, and the way they fit so perfectly in your arms… it all goes by way too fast.

I had the sweetest time photographing baby Klaire for her newborn session here in Wooster, Ohio. She was such a beautiful little girl, and her entire session was filled with all those tiny details that make the newborn stage so special.

As a Wooster newborn photographer, one of my favorite parts of these sessions is slowing down and letting the baby set the pace. Newborn sessions don’t have to feel rushed or stressful. Babies are going to need to eat, be changed, snuggled, and sometimes just take a little break. That’s completely normal! Honestly, some of my favorite images happen during those little in-between moments.

Klaire was so sweet to photograph, and I loved getting to capture all of her tiny newborn details. From her little hands and toes to those sweet baby features that will change before her family even realizes it, these are the photographs that will bring them right back to this season years from now.

But let’s not forget, newborn photography isn’t just about the baby. It’s about the people who already love her more than they could have imagined! I always want to make room for those siblings and parent moments, too. The way Mom holds her close, the way Dad looks down at her, and how big sister loves to snuggle her.

Being a mom myself, I know how quickly this season disappears. You can feel like you’re living in a blur of feedings, diapers, and very little sleep, and then suddenly your tiny newborn is sitting up, crawling, and turning into a completely different little person. That’s one of the reasons I love being a newborn photographer so much. I get to help families freeze a little piece of those first days.
